Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Propgest for using the app. By creating an account, you accept them.
Who provides the service
Propgest is the business name of Alvaro Silvestre Herrada, a sole trader established in Ireland. Contact: team@getpropgest.com.
The service
Propgest helps landlords and letting agencies organise properties, rooms, tenancies, rent, deposits, repairs, documents and rental enquiries. It is a tool for the account holder only: tenants do not log in and do not pay through it.
We do not draft contracts. You upload your own agreements, already signed, or your own templates.
Payments are recorded by you. Propgest does not collect rent or move money. Deposits shown are money you hold for the tenant, never income.
Messages and reminders are prepared for you to send yourself, by email or WhatsApp. Nothing is sent automatically.
You can create a public link to a property (for example, to let or sell it). Anyone with the link sees only what you chose to include, until you turn the link off. You are responsible for what you publish.
Propgest is not legal, tax or financial advice, and does not by itself make you compliant with any rental law (such as RTB registration in Ireland). Those obligations remain yours.
Your account
You must be 18 or over and give accurate information. If you open an account for a business, such as a letting agency, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once at team@getpropgest.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
Your data
Everything you add stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You can export or delete it at any time.
Data about tenants, applicants and owners
For personal data you add about other people, you are responsible for it and we are your processor. If you manage properties for owners, you confirm you are allowed to keep their and their tenants' data in Propgest. We will: process it only on your instructions and to run the service; keep it confidential; protect it with appropriate security; use only the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy, and tell you before adding new ones; help you answer requests from those people; tell you without undue delay about any breach affecting it; and delete it when you delete your account. You confirm you have a lawful basis to keep this data and that you have told the people concerned.
Fair use
Do not use Propgest to break the law, including equality law: the app must not be used to exclude applicants on protected grounds such as gender, age, nationality or family status. Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access other users' data, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Plans, trial and payment
New accounts start with a free trial. After it, continuing requires a paid plan at the price shown when you subscribe, or a plan agreed in writing with us (for example, for an agency with setup and custom work), billed in advance for each month or year, with VAT where it applies. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal. During the beta, the service is free.
Availability
We work to keep Propgest available and your data safe, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may pause it briefly for maintenance and will try to do so at quiet times.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or rent, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time from Settings or by writing to team@getpropgest.com. We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaks these terms, telling you why unless the law prevents it. Before your account closes, you can export your data.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you at least 30 days before. If you do not agree, you can close your account before the change applies.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.
